Project
As a Scrum Master and Tester, I worked in the temporary team Duvel, which was responsible for the front-office tooling for the hotels and resorts. The team also developed the new porter service for guest arrivals in the parking area of the Efteling Grand Hotel.

Worked in a cross-functional Scrum team delivering the Front-Office dashboard used to manage arriving and departing guests across the Hotels & Resorts at De Efteling. We operated in two-week sprints, continuously improving the platform. New feature requests and improvements were prioritized by the Product Owner, added to the product backlog, and subsequently refined and developed in upcoming sprint cycles.
